Lively Wedding Invitations
These custom wedding invitations were designed to invoke the couple's love for the outdoors and the lush greenery of the Pacific Northwest. The couple provided the color palette for their wedding (silver, evergreen, and dusty rose) and expressed the desire for rustic yet elegant invitations.
This project allowed me to explore textures and layering: I was so grateful that this couple trusted my vision to incorporate vellum and foil printing to create a completely custom invitation.
Project Details
Bottom layer: watercolor painting of evergreens printed on luxury, linen cardstock for texture
Top layer: silver-foil printed on semi-transparent vellum for layered look
Binding: fastened together using silver metal eyelets
